small extension

please find attached a floor plan of the extension we would like to our rear of our kitchen. It would extend across the patio you can see in the photo to the end of the fence which would need removing.
The external dimensions would be approx 300 cm wide x 180 cm deep (240 x 150 cm internal dimensions). We would like windows all around the extension and doors to the right.
the roof which needs to be integrated into the existing roof - sloping or pitched.
I've also attached some photos of our kitchen from inside and outside the house.
