L&G met my criteria for the ideal tradesperson - punctuality, they arrived when they promised; timeliness, the work was finished when they promised; cost, they charged what they quoted; speed of response, replies to my emails were always sent quickly; quality of the workmanship, I could not have asked for better; cleanliness, replasterong is always a very dusty job but the room looked clean and tidy, all of the fallen plaster was taken away and the floor well "hoovered".
