Cancelled appointment because didn’t measure the fence. Called me on the day to ask for measurements then realising wouldn’t fit in van.

Noticed my other panels were upside down, offered to flip them over but because I didn’t offer more pay decided not to.
Has cheek to assume he could keep the change as a tip instead off reimburse me for the inconveniences.
