Andrzej and his team did two jobs for me. The first was to replace old slabs in my garden and replace these with new tiles. The job was completed quickly and to a very high standard despite poor weather, completely transforming the back garden into a much more usable space.
The second job was to repair damp inside the house where plaster had been damaged in a number of rooms and to refresh paint on other walls prior to renting out the property. Again, Andrzej and the team finished very quickly and to an exceptionally high level.
On both jobs, Andrzej communicated very clearly on time, requirements, materials and price. He consulted with me throughout the job and advised of issues or additional requirements - all of which were necessary and improved the overall finish. After the works were completed, Andrzej left the house and garden very clean and came back after a few days to check on any issues.
I would highly recommend EPD-Iwan for interior or exterior jobs and would happily hire Andrzej again.
