Workmanship and service were excellent. Highly recommend Jerry and his team and would not hesitate to use them again.
The scope of the project was huge, completely renovating a Victorian end terrace property and simultaneously adding a two storey rear extension as well. New joists and flooring (herringbone pattern), stripping the walls back to brick, damp proofing, sound proofing the neighbour/party wall, new kitchen (in a new location), new stairs, new master bath (in a new location), new ensuite, new windows, skylights and sliding patio doors, new plumbing/piping throughout, electrical re-wire, and wet underfloor heating throughout. Jerry (aka Jarek, aka Jaroslaw) and his team did it all. It was my first house and first renovation, and I really feel like he had my best interests at all times, guiding and helping to make decisions to save costs and improve the quality / finish.
Their work ethic was excellent, and the communication was great. The price was very reasonable, and the guys often included extra bits to help out wherever they could.
