Removing laminate, cleaning the mould, relaying new laminate

A radiator leaked on laminate flooring and was left untended, so there is now a large black mold infestation underneath the laminate in living room. I need the floor to be removed, the black mold removed, the area sanitized and then a new laminate floor to be relayed. Living room area = 18 sqm. Thanks !

Tomasz did a great job. He cleaned the mould thoroughly and added a damp seal paint, disposed of the mouldy laminate and relayed the laminate, all done very quickly. The new laminate looks great and the finishing is well done, with an eye to details. No more damp/mouldy smell in the living room! Very recommendable.
