S property services undertook some carpentry & building work for me to replace door frames & install new doors & decorate my bedroom & lounge & plumb in bath & toilet & basin.His price was reasonable & very polite & helpful.His work is to a high standard & cleans up after his day work is finished.I will be calling sean for any future building jobs i have come up
