I have two inlet pipes, one for my washing machine and the other for my dishwasher, each fitted with valves with blue plastic shut off levers. The washing machine inlet leaked and I was using the blue lever to turn off the water, but that has now fused shut. So as a temporary measure I swapped over the hoses from my dishwasher and washing machine but I still have a slow leak.
