- good quality work - he thought about the best way to proceed, discussed with me, and carried out the work well
- when the job got more difficult than expected he kept calm and did not get frustrated, and overcame the obstacles
- i had a minor issue at the end but was out when he finished the job. I contacted him to let him know, and he came back to sort it out
