Spoke to Richard, explained I need all my work done at short notice. I hired these because they have so many trades in their team. Richard explained that John is leaving him the business and is away so I took the chance that he's ready. I paid the deposit and booked them in.
He came today with two other team members, they removed the old insulation in the loft, installed the new which I supplied then boarded the entire loft floor. They have literally just left at (7pm). Fantastic team, A*
