Dangerous work and terrible service. Now AWOL. Paid £1,600 for 30m2 loft boarding, new hatch/ladder and membrane applied to rafters. They left trip hazards, broke our bedroom light while removing excess insulation and damaged the wall in our bedroom. They also covered our belongings in libre glass insulation. And worst of all - the loft hatch. It's been fitted incorrectly meaning it can't be safely stowed away and hangs off the ceiling, was left covered in plaster and they used poor quality wood around the new hatch which has split already. 4 dates promised to come back and fix and no one has.
