2. Updating counter top in kitchen with more modern unit
3. Replacement of wall mounted cupboard in kitchen.
4. Replacement of three doors inside the flat
5. Replacement of old bathtub in bathroom
6. Some painting required in kitchen and utility room.
7. A few other minor tasks.
