Downstairs toilet creation and bathroom refurbishment

We are looking for a downstairs toilet to be fitted under the stairs.
Some of the work has already been completed as part of some refurbishment works carried out a few years ago but were never fully completed.
The soil pipe has been laid under the kitchen floor, the vent pipework has been run in the ceiling void and the door has been installed.
We may need the electrics and gas pipework moved to make room for the toilet and then the toilet and basin fitted/plumbed in.
Light fittings and vent to be connected, wall board and ceiling fitted.
We would also like cupboard doors created for the remaining space under the stairs.
The bathroom refurbishment works are to remove the existing suite, wall tiles and flooring then install a new suite in different configuration. Install new wall tiles and flooring.

Darren has just completed a complete bathroom refurbishment and created a new downstairs toilet for us. We would definitely recommend him to others. He is very personable and whenever any potential issues arose, nothing was ever too much of a problem. His plastering and tiling skills are excellent. It's been nice to find a builder who we felt like we could trust to do a good job and not rip us off in the process.
