Replace Balustrade and fire door to the Attic room

1. New balustrade / banister is required to the attic stairs since the existing banister spindles of the attic room are set too wide apart and not safe. The job is to replace the existing banister meeting current building / safety standard OR ii) replace the handrail and fit new spindles between the existing newel posts meeting current standards.
2. To install fire door for the attic room
3. To box in the pipes in a bedroom
