Replace Kitchen Carcass/Fit undersink Water Heater

In small Kitchenette a Sink carcass in Commercial Unit requires replacing and additionally an under-sink water heater needs fitting. We have the replacement heater [like for like with previous] plumbing is in place and electrics too. Old carcass to be removed, new one fitted with existing sink and water heater. Previous heater leaked, warping base of carcass.
