Although I did not use this workman's services, he did come over to look at what I needed to have done. He promised me a quote for the works. I also sent him pics of plans of my work. Since then, I have been texting him for a follow quote, and he didn't even have the decency to answer or reply. Very frustrating, unreliable and time a wasting effort.
