Phil Mason is unreliable, never punctual, always rushing to another job, takes payment - work shoddy and incomplete. Knock a wall through, install lintel and door, remove debris, stain a panel - £650 (two days job). Started 03/09/21, took £300. Next day, installed door without lintel, took £250. On 19/09/21, texted asking £50, when I said after job completion - response ‘no more texting pay me £50 when you are ready and I will come back’.
