In August 2021, a few months back, I hired Douglas to refresh some walls in my 1 bedroom flat. I had been living with long covid post-viral fatigue since March 2020 and tired of looking at scuffed walls but had no energy to deal with it, so after finding Doug and a chat about my health issues he started work with me being in the flat while decorating.
Not only was his work tip top professional, ( he holds a City & Guilds in Interior Design ) but he kindly took into account my health issues mentioned and finished the work as the time and price quoted.
Initially I just wanted the lounge repainted but he was so good, swift and accommodating, that he did the hall, bathroom and painted numerous chairs as well. Easy to be with, excellent on preparation, most importantly turned up on time and cleaned up afterward. Hence I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a craftsman who knows what he is doing.
