Convert a storage room to a downstairs WC

I am looking for a builder to convert a downstairs storage room into a WC. Waste pipe to be installed which would require digging to connect to manhole. The room currently contains the electric main which will require boxing in, toilet and sink to be installed, room to be partially tiled.

Dawid is a courteous and skillful tradesman. He converted our storage cupboard into a downstairs toilet and the finished results were magnificent. He did the plumbing, masonry, painting, electrical and carpentry for the job. He is multitalented and extremely detailed in his delivery. We were exceptionally please. It was definitely value for money.
