2 semi-detached houses with adjoined attics, it was one detached house originally.
Both properties sold stc, the survey discovered that there was no existing firewall in the attic so I need a firewall installed before final contracts exchanged for both houses/parties.
It was not an easy job working in a small, hot attic space and Dan just got on with it. He completed the work in good time and his great work ethic was appreciated. Would definately use Crafted Woodwork again.
