Floor repairs, wall repair needed

I just removed the laminated flooring in my flat and want to replace it with carpet. But underneath the flooring I found too many broken or missing floor tiles. Now there are gaps in the floor that need filling with self-levelling compound before I can put the carpet in.

Also there is a hole in one of the walls that also needs filling.

Excellent! Eddie did some plastering work on damaged walls and floors in my flat, including a corner bead that was installed next to the front door. All the work was done to the highest possible standard. Eddie also painted all my skirting boards, pipes and radiators, and the results were absolutely beautiful ! Fantastic craftsman. Can't recommend him highly enough.
