It started of with painting the inside of my flat and then the outside of my house where he also replaced mock tudor boards as they were rotten .
As Ainars is very capable he then also did the following jobs for me
- installed underfloor heating and new laminate in my conservatory
- installed new laminate in bedroom
- build new wardrobe in bedroom
- build a new cupboard to cover my toilet cistern
- repaired drainage and roof connection which gave rise to mould in my flat
- build new cupboards and floating shelves in my living room to give me more storage
- enlarged the under the stairs cupboard and build doors as cover
- renewed my all my garden fences and painted them afterwards
- rebuild my old customs build garden house and painted it
- build cover for my bins
- laid down railway sleepers and pebbles to update my driveway
I did a lot more jobs than I had planned originally once I realised what Ainars could deliver it made sense to get all the other jobs done by him as well. Since then I have recommended him to my friends and neighbours where he eg installed a new kitchen
Ainars is very thorough , hardworking and comes up with good ideas how to improve things and I would have no hesitation to recommend him.
