Tile hallway approximately 3 m² and a roof terrace of approximately 6 m². The hallway is a concrete floor. The roof terrace is currently paving slabs over a Bitumen roofing material. The roof terrace would require removal of the paving slabs and laying of a DPC sheet and screed prior to tiling.
