Paint walls only, magnolia. One double and one single bedroom, bathroom, small hall, sitting room with small kitchen off. Also front door needs repainted. Flat being spruced up before sale. Completely empty.
Old school perfectionist. Made a lovely job of it, left everywhere immaculately clean and tidy, and very obliging and helpful. I cannot recommend him too highly.
