Investigate sealant leak on shower tray & floor damage

A long term sealant leak may have caused damage under the shower tray. We think the tray has now sunk down. Need to investigate as solution might be to removal shower unit, make good and build a “wet room” for my mother - she is 95yo / it’s her house in Waterlooville
Mitch and Sam are dedicated and experienced workmen who rebuilt my mother’s bathroom due to rotten joists and flooring.
