We selected Radilina Shanova of Full Circle Renovation for our full interior refurbishment of a large Grade II listed apartment in central London. The quotation was detailed and quickly done, and the pricing was competitive in the middle of the range of builders we approached. What impressed us was Radilina’s enthusiasm and interest in the project, and good communication skills. We used Full Circle as the main contractor for our project which took 6 months. Radilina proved to be an energetic and communicative project leader, open to discuss progress and ideas, with a real sense of ownership of the result. Despite the current tight building market, her chosen sub-contractors (mainly electric, plumbing, plastering) were also very good. The project took some juggling as the building being listed had a lot of lease rules to follow, and access to the 4th floor via a small lift was an additional challenge. Flexibility was required with the timings of the other project subcontractors. Radilina and Anton at Full Circle coped very well with the challenges of this complex project, and we would thoroughly recommend them for other similar jobs.
