bathroom leak repair - potentially replace bath and flooring

we are in need of a plumber to address a leaking pipe connected to our bath/shower in our upstairs bathroom.
the leak has been ongoing for some time and is now causing damage to our downstairs toilet through a light fitting.
in addition to fixing the leak, we are also interested in potentially replacing the bath and bathroom flooring, as there currently appears to be no flooring underneath the bath.
we would also like to inquire about fixing the light fitting as well, if possible.
