I'm looking at changing our wet room to have a quadrant shower with a space saving toilet with sink. It has not been used in sometime as I believe there was a leak in the wet room leading to the wallpaper peeling at a lower section of the wall in the kitchen which is adjacent to the shower room.

I have attached pictures of the bathroom as well as a plan of a general idea of what I want from using an bathroom planner. The flooring is raised from the corridor leading into the bathroom as can be seen on one of the attached photos. I have 4 packs of vinyl flooring (photo attached) that covers 2.64m² per pack so more than enough. I also have 8 packs of 8 white rectangular tiles (photo attached) that cover 1m² per pack. I'm only looking at having the splash areas tiled which would include the shower and toilet area. The water is gravity fed so no need for an electric shower.

Items that need to be purchased are a 800mm x 800mm quadrant shower cubicle with tray, toilet with inbuilt sink (example: https://www.appliancesdirect.co.uk/p/bun%2fbeba_26897%2f77418/legend-bunbeba_2689777418-toilet) and radiator towel rack to replace the existing radiator. I'm happy to purchase these myself as long as you can confirm which would be suitable or can be provided as part of the quote. Please feel free to contact me if you want to view the bathroom before quoting.

Gary did an excellent job with our toilet / shower room. It was previously an unused wet room due to leaks. Gary did exactly what we wanted and used some materials we had purchased for the room. I would highly recommend Gary.
