Alert: Mr Vasile Bontas replied to my post for a decorator and received a deposit from me but did not turn up on the agreed date. I tried to contact him several times, but he had his phone turned off. My subsequent request to have my deposit returned has been ignored and he appears to have run away with it. Beware!
