Project Timeline: June 2, 2025 – May 31, 2026
Phase 1: Project Preparation & Community Mobilization (June – August 2025)
June 2025:
- Establish a project management team and finalize partnerships with local stakeholders.
- Conduct baseline assessments of water scarcity, energy needs, and community sanitation.
- Identify and recruit local technicians, farmers, and women-led cooperatives for training.

July 2025:
- Develop training materials and curriculum for renewable energy installation, water sanitation, and sustainable agriculture.
- Procure necessary equipment and materials for solar irrigation systems, biogas digesters, and sanitation infrastructure.
- Conduct community meetings to introduce the project and ensure active participation.

August 2025:
- Initiate technical training for local technicians on solar-powered irrigation and biogas technology.
- Conduct community awareness sessions on sanitation, hygiene, and sustainable water use.
- Begin preparation of land for demonstration plots showcasing sustainable agricultural practices.


Phase 2: System Installation & Capacity Building (September – December 2025)
September 2025:
- Install the first round of solar-powered water pumps and irrigation systems.

Phase 3: Scaling & Monitoring (January – May 2026)

- Expand sanitation infrastructure and safe water access points.

February 2026:
- Monitor agricultural productivity improvements and water usage efficiency.
- Conduct refresher training for technicians and farmers on system troubleshooting and optimization.

March 2026:
- Initiate scale-up strategies, identifying additional areas for potential system expansion.
- Strengthen mentorship programs, pairing experienced farmers and technicians with new trainees.
- Organize farmer-market linkage programs to enhance market access for produce grown with improved irrigation.

April 2026:
- Conduct impact assessment on sanitation improvements, water access, and gender empowerment outcomes.
- Develop a roadmap for long-term sustainability, including governance structures for system management.

May 2026:
- Finalize evaluation reports and compile key project outcomes.
- Present findings to funding partners and stakeholders, exploring opportunities for further scale-up.
