Fix/replace internal door softeners

2 internal doors with Napoleon door softeners installed (https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0CKF57J9H?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title) but they are not working as required because one door doesn't fully close and they both are too hard to open with too much resistance from the softener. I have tried changing the settings but I think a different solution will be required.
