1860s mid terrace cottage with solid walls. Survey identified 20-30% humidity on front wall in lounge & under front window. Skirting board & floorboards are in poor state in this location. On outside under window floor has been concreted & possible air brick (if ever fitted) concreted over. Also crack in concrete at base of front wall presumably allowing rainwater ingress. Looking for sustainable solutions in keeping with age of cottage ie lime mortar / plaster, Diathonite etc
