I need my garden decking re-painting

Decking is on 2 levels separated by 2 balustrades / railings which also need re-painting.
The decking has been power cleaned so is ready for painting.

Agreed for Graham to come to look at the job at 12:15pm on Sunday 17th August - he didn't turn up. I texted him at 12:48pm but he didn't reply until 14:22 pm saying "something had come up" I would not recommend any tradesman who is so inconsiderate and unreliable
