Loft storage flooring and Velux windows

We would like to use the loft for storage and have propper flooring (might need strenething I guess) and 1 or 2 windows (Velux style). We do not need a full loft conversion as it's not a high roof and it's really storage we are suffering from not having, maybe look at a loft lader for access?
