Remove T&G wooden ceiling
Fit trunking to extractor fan in adjacent WC and exit to outside via facia.
Fit insulation into ceiling and fit plaster board ceiling
Chase in and hide existing electric cable in walls and ceiling extend where necessary.
fit two ceiling lights
Make good right as necessary

Downstairs WC
Remove all existing ceramic tiles make good all walls
Remove existing work top and sink replace with new work top (supplied)and refit sink
re tile behind sink (supplied)
Job3
Fit new extractor fan in upstairs bath room rewire to separate switch so operates independently of light in bathroom.
