Ceiling approx 6m x 5m. Plumber had to cut into the plasterboard for access. Hole repaired and plaster skim over an area approx 2m x2m. Plasterer indicates that the perimeter of the skim needs to be sanded to blend in before applying the primer, thereafter to paint the whole ceiling. The surface of the ceiling is in overall good condition.
