I wouldn't use his services again if my life depended on it, he took several jobs from me, he promised to book access with the tenants and for nearly two weeks i did nothing.
When i contacted him he made excuses and said he would contact he tenant, a week later still nothing, no communication nothing, i would not recommend him full stop
