I'm looking for a builder that can help me address the following items which need to be addressed to complete a sale of the property:
1. plasterwork at two skylights
2. repair to the surface of a flat roof
3. repair and extension of a guttering downpipe
4. cladding over an exposed membrane
Ideally the work would be completed in late Feb or early March.
