Cloakroom- replace dry lining (3 walls), replace existing WC with new one, reposition and replace existing basin with new one, and new tiling.
Upstairs shower room- the walk in shower is leaking into floor below, need to lift existing shower tray, check/replace trap and pipes, refit and mastic shower tray
