I would like to request a quotation for constructing a reinforced concrete base for a timber summer house at my property in Bromley.
The proposed specification is as follows:
• Concrete base size: 4.0 m × 4.0 m
• Reinforced concrete slab, approximately 100 mm thick
• Compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base (approximately 100 mm)
• Damp-proof membrane (DPM)
• Steel mesh reinforcement (A142 or equivalent)
• Timber shuttering/formwork as required
• Excavation, levelling and spoil removal included
• Finished level suitable for the installation of a timber summer house
Site information:
• Flat rear garden
• Side access is wide enough for wheelbarrows
• No known access restrictions
