Also area above 1 other window needs to be "made good" - re-plastering to fix void left by window installation.
External painting: 9 window-sills, all areas around bay windows at front of property, bargeboard - wish to strip black areas and repaint white.
No windows to be painted (all new double-glazing), guttering or fascia (recently done).
