Full flat paint and make good

It's 10 years since the last decoration in a 500 sqft one bedroom victorian flat. The flat needs crack filling, re-platering where necessary and painting and finishing.
There is one livingroom/kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Painting includes walls and ceilings. I would also like to have a quote for painting and decorating the common parts (2 flights of stairs and corridor).
The building has had some settling and a significant amount of crack repair is needed.
If possible there is also some repair work that is required to the bathroom toilet and woodwork. And I would like to replace the floor in the bathroom with Marble tiles and better leakproof the shower.
However if you are only painting and ecorating you can ignore the bathroom other than the walls and ceiling painting.

A good attitude and attention to detail ensured a great job was done to the required finish in both my flat and also the common parts. I was also pleased with the sub-contractors that worked with Wayne. They were also very accommodating, a pleasure to work with and did a great job replacing a toilet, tiling the floor and other jobs. Everything was on schedule and any additional items were reasonably charged for. I found him honest and helpful and would be happy recommending Wayne and his team.
