Move Gas Boiler

Move two year old condensing gas boiler from one wall to another (current wall is being demolished soon for extension).

Pipes are accessible from bedroom upstairs (I'll remove furniture and lift carpet). Probably not much cleaning up and making good.

A new flue is needed.

Also remove radiator (again, wall about to disappear) and cap pipes.

Any time from week beginning Mon 13th June.
