3 bed flat in SE25 needs walls stripped and plastered in every room. Some repairs necessary where cracks have occurred and some painting. Details below: KITCHEN: apply scimcoat plaster apply sealer coat tile splash back fit appliances (oven and gas hob, sink, dish washer, washing machine, extractor fan) fit worktop fit sink and taps add radiator (location directly underneath boiler) ENTRANCE/Staircase remove polystyrene tiles on ceiling strip walls plaster paint HALL no work required BEDROOM 2 strip walls plaster BEDROOM 3 strip walls plaster BEDROOM 1 repair cracks and damp areas patch plaster DOORS AND FRAMES sanded, primed and painted UTILITY ROOM remove and replace ceiling plaster LIVING ROOM strip walls plaster paint Radiator replacement, and add an additional new radiator (will require some plumbing which will have to go in/on the wall, as there\'s an RSJ under the floor). BATHROOM no work required ELECTRICAL complete rewire of kitchen costs for replacing the old combi boiler with a new one (Vaillant or Worcester) renewing fuse box renew all sockets (set back into walls) and pendants Would advise visiting the site to quote. Best time for me is 6:30pm weekday evenings if poss.
