Replace cracked washbasin for new one(same type)with new basin taps & waste.
Replace old Bath taps with new tap/shower mixer unit & Replace old waste/overflow with new parts.
Replace towel rail with new unit of same size.
Replace 600X 400 radiator with new one of same size.
Stop off wall water supply leading to old electric shower, so can be tiled over.
