Studio flat needs painting. Have tried to do the work myself but it has proven to be too challenging, I have therefore decided to step aside for a professional. Flat is really quite small, one 3.5m by ~2.5m main room with small bathroom and kitchen and a little hallway. Main room really only has two main walls, as there is a balcony and fitted cupboards on two of the big walls. Fitted cupboards also need to be painted along with interior. (doors have been removed for ease). I have done a fair amount of prep work in the main room (two coats on one wall, three on ceiling) but there is still much to be done. I want everything painted white, walls, ceiling, skirting. Homebase a two minute walk away so I can get supplies if need be. Flat was honestly in quite bad condition when I moved in but I have cleaned it up as much as possible. Old surface is painted, looks like a gloss, amateur job by the looks of it. I can help for things such as replacing hinges and fitting switches. I'm a 19 year old guy and know how to work a screwdriver. Location is 5 mins from Clapham Junction station. I have a parking permit. Would be happy if you need to view before giving a quote, flat is currently empty. To start ASAP.
