Remove and dispose of loft insulation from 3 bedroom semi

Insulation in loft requires to be removed and disposed of following rat infestation. Rats have been treated successfully by City of Edinburgh council, Pest Control Dept. but Council has instructed me to have insulation removed in order to establish rodent entry as they originated in neighbour's house and appear to have come up from under floor of an extension. Roof space must be vacuumed following removal of insulation

I found he quote and the subsequent work done by James to be of a high standard and at very reasonable price. James did exactly what he was asked to do and there were no "hidden extras" as I have experienced from many tradesmen in the past who quote one price and then it doubles after you employ them. James did more work on the fascia boards and filled holes around pipes in the attic and again this work appears to be fine too. I would use James again. Rosemary Reid
