2 bedrooms need to be stripped filled or linned & painted plus radiators, skirting needs to be rubbed down & varnished.

living room needs to be stripped filled or lined & painted plus radiators, skirting & a cuboard needs to be rubbed down & varnished.

small area of kitchen needs to be stripped filled or linned & painting plus radiators, wooden panels & skirting needs to be rubbed down & varnished.

small area of bathroom needs to be stripped filled or linned & painted.

small area of toilet needs to be stripped filled or linned & painted.

hall way needs to be stripped filled or linned & painted wooden panels & skirting needs to be rubbed down & varnished.

i understand the job has to be seen before an estimate is given but i would appreciate a rough figure from this information
