Take out and dispose of existing wc and cistern
Take up and dispose of existing lino
Take up and dispose of existing chipboard flooring
Supply and fix 18mm thick plywood floor
Apply fungicidal preserver to plywood floor surface and edges
Cut to size and lay new lino (supplied by client)
Fix new WC (supplied by client)
Parking is free on the weekends and pay & display on week days at £2.30 per hour.
Jason was the cheapest quote for insurance claim. He came quickly after we got the insurer's go ahead and did a very good job as specified.
