New central heating system needed

Currently have a Baxi Bermuda back boiler.
Looking to have it replaced with a modern boiler (combi? one of those where you have hot water on demand) and possibly have 7 radiators replaced as well.
Would also like one of those "living flame" fires for the lounge.
Job will be summer 2014.
